Digital Dot Launches Exclusive JHF M3300 Wide-Format Printer Across 7 Countries

High-quality yet affordable hybrid machine shakes up the market

Belgian technical services specialist Digital Dot proudly announces the launch of the JHF M3300, a wide-format printer set to make a significant impact on the graphics industry. “This hybrid solution combines speed, versatility, and quality. What makes it truly unique is that the M3300 can be expanded to three rows of print heads, allowing the machine to grow along with your print business,” says managing director Sofie Demeyer, who co-runs the company with her husband Nico Desmedt. “And all of that at highly competitive pricing.”

Strong roots in the market

Over the past decades, Digital Dot has firmly established itself as a specialist in print production solutions. “We take away the technical headaches that print companies often struggle with,” Sofie explains. The company provides machine servicing and maintenance, supplies ink, and repairs print heads from all over the world. Now, as exclusive distributor for seven countries—Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg—Digital Dot expands its portfolio with new, high-quality wide-format printers.

The company has purposely chosen to start with the most versatile printer in the JHF range. “It’s a hybrid machine, suitable for both roll-to-roll and flatbed applications. Whether you're printing on paper, banners, mesh, roll-ups, or rigid materials such as dibond, plexiglass or forex boards, this printer handles it all,” Nico explains. “But soon, our showroom will also feature additional models, including dedicated flatbed and roll-to-roll printers.”

A printer that grows with your business

“What’s special about this printer is that it is tailored to your company’s growth. We configure it so that there is room for three rows of print heads. You can start with one row and expand as production increases. This ensures the machine remains fully future-proof.” The M3300 prints in CMYK and optionally in white, making it possible to print on dark and transparent materials. And with its 3.2-meter print width and hybrid design, it supports a wide variety of applications.

The Digital Dot quality stamp

Each machine is pre-installed and thoroughly tested at Digital Dot’s facility in Melsbroek before final delivery. Clients can also count on Digital Dot’s renowned service and support. “We didn’t simply decide to introduce the M3300,” says Sofie. “We were in close contact with several manufacturers and—crucially—with the end users. Their feedback is what truly matters.”

Digital Dot approached the launch with rigorous scrutiny. “We brought the machine here first to disassemble, test and push it to the limit. We wanted to be 200% certain of its performance. And that quality is absolutely there. We stand firmly behind this machine.” With years of global experience in refurbished hardware, ink supply and print head repair, Digital Dot remains more than just a reseller—they are a long-term partner.

Official launch at industry trade fair

The official Benelux premiere of the M3300 took place on October 19 at 12:00 during Sign2Com in Kortrijk. During the trade show, Digital Dot hosted several live demo sessions, giving visitors the opportunity to see the machine in action.

With a creative nod to their pizza concept—“Hungry for print? Don’t settle for a slice, go for the complete pizza”—Digital Dot emphasizes that the M3300 enables print companies to reclaim more “slices” of the market. “Because the investment cost is significantly lower, companies can bring more production back in-house instead of outsourcing,” Nico concludes.
