Separate Vacuum Absorption Table

The F5900 features a vacuum table with eight independent absorption zones, each of which can be controlled individually based on substrate size. This not only ensures secure material hold but also reduces energy consumption.

Multi-Layer Printing

White ink and varnish can be printed simultaneously in multiple layers. The system currently supports up to five-layer printing, enabling rich textures and enhanced visual effects.

Visual Positioning Feature

Materials can be placed randomly while the printer automatically identifies the correct printing positions. Automatic Height Adjustment

A fully automated carriage lifting system, combined with a customized motor, ensures precise height control across the entire bed. This allows accurate printing on substrates of varying thicknesses at any position on the table.

High-Precision Stepping and Positioning

Dual servo motors on the Y-axis and a linear motor drive on the X-axis enable precise movement control. This system detects and corrects front-to-rear misalignment, significantly improving stepping accuracy and overall table precision.

Anti-Collision Protection System

The carriage is equipped with anti-collision sensors that detect obstacles on the vacuum table. When an obstruction is detected, the printer immediately stops carriage movement to prevent printhead damage and ensure operator safety.
